COME TOGETHER!—Join Online Pacifica Satellite Gatherings for “Coming Home 2018”
Are you a Pacifica student or alum who is longing for connection (or re-connection) with the Pacifica community? Would you like to host a small in-home gathering with other Pacifica alumni to view the upcoming half-day event, Coming Home 2018: “Community & Connections – Inspiring Resilience and Hope,” which takes place Saturday, May 19, from 1pm to 5pm U.S. PT?
This year, Coming Home will be a half-day hybrid event. Speakers will be presenting either on-campus or online, with satellite student and alumni groups gathering in various locations to view and participate through live video feed.
If you know there are other Pacifica alums in your area (even just one!) and would like to gather to share the experience together, we hope multiple small groups can self-organize to come together, and we welcome your live video feed. All you will have to do is click on a link to join your gathering via webcam to connect and watch via computer or mobile device. Each of our satellite gatherings will have the opportunity to say hello and greet the on-campus crowd and other groups and individuals viewing from afar.
If you know there are other alums in your area and would like to host a gathering—or if you’re interested in gathering in this way in person but you are not sure if there are other alums in your area—please email us and we’ll try to connect those who want to join together.
