We are living through an unprecedented global experience of grief and uncertainty as we grapple with the loss and chaos of our times. The invisibility and isolation of grief in our culture makes it one of the emotions we fear the most. However, we are also learning, that grace enters when we foster open-hearted connections in community, and together experience grief’s deep movement in the healing space of ritual.

Ritual’s expression of grief and joy together – through music, movement and story – allows us to simultaneously encounter the most individual and the most universal elements of our humanity. Allowing grief to flow through us is essential to feeling fully alive.

Please join us in an online community grief ritual sharing the vast emotional terrain of grief – encompassing the personal to global – as we struggle with our ongoing loss of beloved people, places, culture and species. Grace is found in the relief we feel when the unexpected enters into what seemed impossible and unbearable. Often, grace is much closer than we imagine.
