This time of year can be overwhelming. As the holidays quickly approach and we’re already contemplating the customary stress, there’s the additional bombarded with advertising for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the two busiest shopping days of the year. It can easily distract us from our more altruistic and generous selves, especially those of us who have dedicated our lives to helping others.
