In two 90 minute interactive sessions, Catherine will lead participants on an inner-adventure, a journey of profound self-discovery and healing through focused journaling. Remembering our story through focused journaling enables us to make meaning out of memory and to put the past in perspective. This is one of the most powerful sessions you will ever participate in to unlock your wholeness and re-ignite your creative spark.

Both sessions will be running on Saturday February 26th. Join us for the first half from 12pm to 1:30pm EST. After a break we will reconvene for the second half, from 3pm to 4:30pm EST.

All levels are welcome. There will be plenty of time to share, get feedback and meet other participants from around the world.
