It is about a 15 minute walk across the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Shopping, restaurants and night spots are easily accessible and there is also access to a riverfront park and walking trails.
Call for Papers
The Journal of Jungian Scholarly Studies, ( JJSS ), a peer-reviewed academic journal, is calling for papers for the 2017 volume. This volume is dedicated to the theme of the Jungian Society for Scholarly Studies conference held in June, 2016, in Santa Fe, New Mexico: Earth/Psyche: Earth’s Relations to Psyche.
JJSS is only published on-line at www.jungiansociety.org.

The Key Bridge Marriott Hotel is located at 1401 Lee Highway in Arlington, Virginia 22209, directly across the Potomac River from Washington D.C. It is about a 15 minute walk across the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Shopping, restaurants and night spots are easily accessible and there is also access to a riverfront park and walking trails.
Parking is $10/day. The hotel has a bar and a Starbucks in the lobby. The Connexion Lounge offers lunch, dinner, and a breakfast buffet ($18). Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, but there is a charge of $12.95/day for in-room service. To avoid this charge, when making the room reservation you can sign up as a Marriott Rewards Member, for whom in-room Wi-Fi is free.
The Rosslyn metro stop, with connections throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, is 2 ½ blocks away. This provides public transportation access to and from all three major airports: IAD, BWI, and DCA as well as Union Station.
Rooms with 1 king or 2 double beds are $139/night plus 13.25% tax. A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate for 3 days prior and/or after the event. Last day to book at the group rate is June 1, 2017. Click the link below to make reservations.

Registration Information:
JSSS Membership
Payment of the regular registration fee or the student fee extends membership in JSSS until the following JSSS conference.
Registration Fees and Deadlines
The regular registration fee is $395. The registration fee for students is $345.
The deadline for registration for those who have been approved to present is May 5th, 2017.
Registration for attendees other than presenters will remain open unless and until space limitations require closing it.
Single Day Registration
Persons not presenting may register for a single day. Information on single day registration will be available on March 15.
One day registration is not available to presenters. The purpose of this policy is for attendees to attend one another’s presentations so that the conference will contribute to Jungian discourse and community.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if request is received before May 1st; 50% refund if request is received between May 1st and June 1st; no refund after June 1st
