Mary Jean Vignone, MBA, Ph.D.

Dr. Mary Jean Vignone is an executive coach and organization development consultant passionate about helping her clients thrive professionally and personally. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts & Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development, and an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. She works with professionals, executives, business owners, and high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, and create strategies to obtain those goals and achieve their business objectives. She also facilitates organizational change, strategic planning, and team development workshops. She brings a blend of academics and over 30 years of senior leadership experience in both corporate and nonprofit.
