Antioch University Santa Barbara is currently recruiting to fill a 1.0 FTE Faculty position. Up to 50% of this position will be dedicated to serving as the manager of Title III Grant Project, which is focused on student retention and career development in the undergraduate program. Other duties will consist of collaborative work with the academic programs assisting with outcomes assessment and annual program reviews, as well as teaching and engagement in student learning in the undergraduate or graduate programs, depending on one’s discipline.
We are searching for a versatile faculty member for this unique position, with experience in higher education and student services, engagement in assessment of outcomes and student learning, grant writing, and budget management.
Required: A master’s degree in social sciences or education from a regionally accredited institution (doctorate preferred) and 5-7 years of related experience in higher education. Prior experience with federal grants or capacity to learn federal regulations will be essential to the position.
